Setting up a service

A service profile is different from a shop. You're selling what you can do, not items in stock.

The setup

1. From Account → Start Selling, pick Service (or Both if you also sell products).
2. Verify your phone if you haven't yet.
3. Pick a service category (plumbing, photography, salon, tutoring, etc.).
4. Set your service area — where can you actually work? Buyers filter by location.
5. Add a profile photo, a short bio, and your contact WhatsApp number.

Showcase videos

Service profiles are video-driven, not product-listing-driven. Post videos of your work — a plumbing fix in progress, a before/after, a salon timelapse. These videos appear in the Services feed and let buyers see your skill before they contact you.

Verified vs unverified

Unverified services can post a capped number of videos but don't show a public profile or contact button. Verify your phone to unlock the full surface — see Service verification.
