Kampala Snap has two main visibility tools sellers can use to get more eyes on their items.

Flash sales

Flash sales appear in the takeover row at the top of the home tab. They're high-visibility, time-limited price drops. Use them for:

• Clearing out stock you want to move
• Launch promos for new items
• Holiday or seasonal pushes

Note: flash-sale price doesn't have to be lower than your regular price — it's a visibility slot, not a discount requirement. But buyers expect some deal, so set a price they'd find attractive.

Power Promote (Sponsored)

Power Promote pushes individual products higher in search and category browse. Pay per day/week. Useful when you have a hero product driving most of your sales and want to stay on top.

Which to use when

• Flash sale: short, high-energy push — limited time slot
• Power Promote: steady sustained visibility — continuous
