Selling 101

Whether you're opening a shop (products) or a service (your skill or trade), the steps are the same:

1. Verify your phone number — required for trust and payouts. Buyers see it as the verified contact.
2. Set up your profile — logo, bio, location, contact phones.
3. Add your first listings — be honest about condition, price, and availability.
4. Respond fast — buyers expect a reply within hours, not days.
5. Dispatch promptly — slow shipping is the #1 cause of disputes.

Getting paid

Payouts run twice a week — Tuesdays and Fridays. This gap gives buyers time to confirm delivery and raise any concerns. See Setting up payouts for the MoMo number setup.
