How disputes work

If you're not happy with an order, you can raise a dispute. A dispute pauses the seller's payout while our team reviews the case.

When to open a dispute

How to open one

  1. Go to Account → My Purchases.
  2. Tap the order.
  3. Tap Open Dispute and explain what happened.
  4. Add photos if useful.

What happens next

Our team reviews the order, your evidence, and the seller's response — usually within 48 hours. We either:

If you change your mind, you can withdraw the dispute anytime before it's resolved.
