How disputes work
If you're not happy with an order, you can raise a dispute. A dispute pauses the seller's payout while our team reviews the case.
When to open a dispute
- The item never arrived
- The item arrived but isn't what was advertised
- The seller stopped responding
How to open one
- Go to Account → My Purchases.
- Tap the order.
- Tap Open Dispute and explain what happened.
- Add photos if useful.
What happens next
Our team reviews the order, your evidence, and the seller's response — usually within 48 hours. We either:
- Refund the buyer (item never came / clearly wrong item)
- Release to the seller (delivery was correct)
- Ask both sides for more info
If you change your mind, you can withdraw the dispute anytime before it's resolved.
