Community guidelines
Kampala Snap works when everyone — buyers, sellers, creators — treats each other with basic respect. The full rules in plain language:
For everyone
- No harassment, threats, or hate speech
- No impersonation (don't claim to be another shop or person)
- No spam, no scam links, no off-platform payment requests
- No content involving minors in inappropriate ways — instant ban
For buyers
- Pay for what you order, and respect agreed delivery windows
- Don't open frivolous disputes — they cost the seller's time and risk strikes against them
For sellers
- Describe items honestly
- Dispatch within the timeframe shown on your shop
- Respond to buyer messages within 24 hours
- Honour the price you posted
For creators
- Disclose paid promotions clearly
- Don't tag products you haven't actually used or researched
- No artificially inflated views/followers (botting)
Consequences
Violations escalate from warning → temporary suspension → permanent ban depending on severity.
