Buying basics

Every order on Kampala Snap is protected by a delivery PIN — a 6-digit code only you receive. The seller can't release your payment until you confirm delivery by giving them the PIN. This keeps your money safe.

How a purchase works

1. Browse until you find an item or service you want.
2. Tap Buy / Order and enter your delivery details.
3. Pay through MoMo or the payment method shown.
4. The seller dispatches your order.
5. When the item arrives, give the delivery person your PIN.
6. Your payment is released to the seller.

If something goes wrong

If the item isn't what you expected, doesn't arrive, or the seller stops responding, open a dispute from My Purchases. Our team will review the case and refund you if appropriate. See How disputes work for the full process.
